	&lt;p&gt;Buying vintage clothing is very easy &#8211; take your measurements!   &lt;br /&gt;Many items were custom made or made before such a thing as a &#8216;size&#8217; existed.  And, since coming into being, sizing charts have also changed over the years.  All items on our site have detailed measurements and descriptions of what their approximate sizes would be today.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Please see our sizing guide for guidelines in how to collect your measurements.  Be honest and don&#8217;t breathe in &#8211; no one is looking and it will only mean it won&#8217;t fit when you get it.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;For security, whenever you enter a new delivery address we will ask you to provide your credit and debit card details as we do not hold your details on the site.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Does Vintage Academe ship to multiple addresses?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;If you would like your order shipped to different addresses, please complete a new order for each different address.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How soon will I get my order and how much will it cost?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Your order will normally be shipped within 3 working days of receipt of payment.  All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner from 9am-5pm Monday &#8211; Friday.  For European addresses this normally takes 2-3 days from date of shipment, for the Rest of the World, 3-5 working days.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Cost of postage and packaging ranges between &#163;5-15 pounds.  You will see the exact amount added to your order before you confirm payment.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What packaging will my order be shipped in?  What are the alternatives?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Your order will be luxuriously packed in Vintage Academe signature packaging.  If the item is a gift please do let us know if you would like a personal message included.  If you are looking for something a little more bespoke we will do our best to accomodate, but please, keep it legal!&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Is my package insured?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;All items are insured against loss, theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Vintage Academe to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for they are no longer covered by our insurance.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;If your item is damaged on arrival, we recommend that you refuse delivery.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Do I need to sign for my order?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Yes.  Due to the rarity and value of the goods we sell we require proof of delivery for all orders.  If no one is available to sign for the order, the courier will leave an contact card at the delivery address and we ask that you make arrangements to collect or have the package re delivered.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Can I change shipping address after my order has been dispatched?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately we cannot redirect orders once shipped.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;On receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirmation.  Payment will only be debited at the time of dispatch and at this time a further email will be sent to you notifying you of such.&lt;/p&gt;
